It's funny to me that the process of taking a photograph of an unfinished work makes it easier to see what is next. I guess it is the removal... or denial. It's as if inside my head it's saying, "That's not mine...oh look, if only that artist would..........." And then the answers are clear.

I can see the underpainting, believe me it would be hard for me to cover up something as beautiful as this underpainting. Interesting Loriann, you create two wonderful paintings for every one you do. Great work.

Two paintings, eh? I guess you could look at that way. I just can't paint off a white surface so I underpaint. Enjoy your vacation.

Hi Jala, thanks...it has a very long way to go...I am not sure if my idea of staying within value 5-10 will be a good thing for me. Pastels with alot of white in them become unappealing (to me) quickly. We'll see.
