fog and the triad of secondaries

This morning's light fog and heavy atmosphere was awesome. Dominant color-violet. A triad of secondary colors- violet, orange and green, you just can't go wrong with this combination.

This is a real beauty, Loriann. I like the square format for all the reasons I mentioned in my comments on your next post, and the square works wonderfully here. The analagous palette, beautiful reflections, and the sense of light here all come together so well.

Ah, yes, and the color triad works well here, too - I was struck first more by the green-blue-violet arrangement.
