I always look at your pieces and admire their economy/efficiency of mark, so this is an interesting post. Do you think that you actually used less than usual?
P.s. I like the photo...like an inside peek into your world at the reservoir.

Hi Loriann. This is one of my favorites so far! I'm trying to figure out why other than the obvious that you are very talented. I think there are some edge differences and the dark sky at the top seems to put me right on the water/ice. A great piece!
Hi Karen! I aim to do less... but I would rate this as a 2 (One is the least about of marks and 10 is wow... I went mark crazy!) Say more with less, right? Welcome to my world. And my plein air friend, anytime you come this far east let's go painting together! Loriann
